Refund eligibility, processing timelines, non-refundable fees, and any account credit rules are stated in the applicable order, invoice, product description, or this policy. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail.
How to request help
Open a support ticket with the invoice number, service details, and reason for the request. Smarters Pro will review the request and respond through the client area or email.
