First-time installation

Set up SysAutomator Billing

Create an empty MySQL or MariaDB database and a database user in your hosting panel first. This guided setup creates your billing workspace, administrator account, customer areas, automation settings, and secure local storage.

License activation

Find this in your SysAutomator workspace under Licences.

Business and administrator

Use at least 8 characters, including an uppercase letter and a number.

MariaDB / MySQL database

Usually localhost.

Regional defaults

Choose the currency you use for invoices and pricing.
This controls invoice dates, due dates, and automation timing.
English remains available for administration.

Twice-daily automation

After setup, SysAutomator will show a secure cron command that you can copy into cPanel or Plesk. It creates recurring invoices, applies overdue workflows, refreshes your licence, and records every automation run.

Before continuing: make sure this is a new or empty database created for SysAutomator Billing. The installer will create its own tables in that database.
