Customers must use Smarters Pro services lawfully, responsibly, and in a way that does not harm the portal, other customers, third parties, or network operations.
Prohibited activity
Do not use services for fraud, malware, unauthorized access, abusive messaging, illegal content, infringement, service disruption, credential sharing, or attempts to bypass security, licensing, payment, or usage limits.
Security and enforcement
Smarters Pro may investigate suspected misuse and may limit, suspend, or terminate services where permitted by the applicable agreement and law. Customers remain responsible for their users, credentials, and content.
